Two Yoga enthusiasts dedicated to help you transform your life for the better.

Hey there! We are Dani & Edita. Although we teach Yoga in group settings from time to time, we are a bit of an old school teachers. We love to teach people on one to one basis, as this is the most effective way to transfer knowledge.

When we started our Yoga journey, we focused on traditional Ashtanga Yoga. As the time was passing by and questions arose we look for other sources to increase our understanding. Nowadays we use a set of tools like Reiki or Dona Holleman’s progressive approach to Yoga to assess students accurately and help them.

We were compelled to travel the world to learn from the best teachers because the challenges we faced in our own Yoga practice. Thanks to the constraints of our own bodies and the trainings we went through, we develop ways to approach the common problems from 1st hand experience.

 

Whether a newbie, yoga teacher or longing a better health, we may have something for you.

Depending on the nature of the topic you may expect us to guide you through a sequence of postures, or observe your practice with a few instructions. Some other times we may find convenient to take a seminar format for the class, if we need to explain you something in depth.

Within this frame, either online or in person, we’ll make sure that you get a comprehensive understanding in a simple and safe fashion. This means you shouldn’t worry! We’ll keep addressing the problem from different angles until you get it!

The only thing you may have to worry about is that your life could change big deal. And this includes the maturity for taking difficult decisions. And the strength for enduring occasional salty reactions. No kidding! Feeling good inside your own skin is something that everyone is looking for!

  • Whether you have no experience with Yoga or have been practicing Yoga for a while, you will certainly benefit from this classes. I can promise that the learning is faster than any pre-recorded online course, because the classes are personalised and the most important: you get feedback!

  • If you’re new to Yoga, we’d recommend you to take a class pack. The first few classes are designed to get you started with the foundational aspects.

  • The Online Private Classes cost 77€ each.

  • Yes! If you didn’t use any class we will refund you the whole amount. In the case you use one or more classes we will refund you the rest of the classes you’ve paid for but didn’t use.

  • Usually around 1h 20min. If you are a beginner may be a bit shorter, if you are a more seasoned practitioner may be a bit longer.
