Buy my time and advance in your practice

The other day I heard a phrase that said:

“Make time run in your favor.”

If you are a modern yogi you must understand this concept. Or maybe you already understand it.

But this is a concept that, as the years go by becomes more apparent.

What I mean by this is that time can either work for you or against you.

And you'll understand what I want to tell you right here right now.

Look.

If you, for example, have the habit of drinking two liters of beer a day, time works against you.

Why?

Because with the passage of time there are many chances of you becoming an alcoholic and end up as a cirrhotic dude.

If, on the other hand, you have the habit of, for example, studying guitar lessons for half an hour a day, in that case time is on your side.

Do you see what I mean?

Simple but infallible.

Okay.

Now, I'm not going to insult anyone's intelligence and tell you what you have to do to make time work in your favor.

You already know that.

Nor am I going to tell you that I'm terrific because you'd have to check that out for yourself.

Let's just say that what I can bring to this equation is to add a little gas and make time run more in your favor but with fewer accidents.

And while I'm generally reluctant to sell my time with private lessons, I do get a huge enjoyment for being able to lend a timely hand to people who are just starting out or are stuck along the way.

In addition, I have seen that the myriad of mistakes I have made along the way are very useful for people who are where I was almost 15 years ago.

Also my own limitations led me to look for other ways to approach the positions and I have found that they can be very enriching to others.

Well, that's about it.

I’ll tell you a bit about the process:

1. Next, in one section you pay and in the other you select day and time.

2. You tell me what would you like to focus on in the class, how long you have been practicing or something that seems relevant to you for me to know.

3. We do the class. It is usually an hour and a half.

The price per class as of January 14, 2025 is 80€. I say the date because it will most likely go up, and it includes the hour and a half session plus the preparation time with the information you send me.
